KC's Masterclass provides students with an industry-recognized qualification, certified by CPD (https://cpduk.co.uk). Please note that individuals who do not hold a Level 2 hairdressing qualification will need to purchase separate Public Liability insurance to practice hair extension services after completing this course.

Wicked, I'm very happy with this course. It's the second hair extension course I took in the last year and this one is by far much better. Kate is a natural teacher who's extremely passionate about her work and that was very inspiring.
My previos course with Oakley didn't cover as many subjects as Kate did. Her manual is not just few info sheets but a detailed booklet she expects you to read before the course so she can focus mostly on the hair application. With Oakley we went through the info sheet at a speed of light with no time for questions really, teacher was lacking enthusiasm also.
Kates teaching kit was also of better quality... Real hair practice headz original tangle teaser brush, good quality extensions etc...all needed products were supplied. The group was small (not like with Oakley) and i enjoyed the help from the teacher. I didn't have to fight for the attention. What I love most about this course though is the two level certificate. The first one is attendence certificate and second one is a qualification. It means I'm motivated to prove to Kate I'm confident in hair extension application before I start this profession. This also means I can keep getting support from Latez even shadow her at work, until I am ready. This is what I was lacking at my first course. Waiting days for a reply.
Kate loves her job and you can see that. She says it's fun. And I know I will enjoy doing it too and I'm not that scared to dive into this industry now knowing Kate is there to guide me... Cause it is scary to become self-employed for the first time. I'm glad I did this course with Kate. Thank you so so much!!

Today I attended a full days course with KC Hair Academy. From the very start Kate was friendly, clear, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She covered all topics including nano , keratin bonds and tape/weft. She let us practice all 3 methods without any pressure and in our own time until we felt confident to move on to the next part.
already prepared and gave us the full manual before hand, kate also covered most, if not all sections, from the manuals, throughout the days course and her experience in this industry shone through in her training. Ive come away feeling very confident and ready to make my own step into the hair industry and would highly recommend this amazing and fun day with KC Hair.

IN-SALON AND 1:1 TRAINING (Applies mostly to In-Salon Bookings)
TRANSFERRING A COURSE DATE
We provide a FREE course transfer on an alternative date. We understand that situations can arise that are out of control. We can provide an alternative date as long as it is provided in writing prior to 7 working days before the course start date. We can only transfer students if the alternative course has availability. If notice is received less than 7 days before the course start date then a £15 transfer admin fee will be charged.
NO REFUND IS PROVIDED IN EVENT OF A COURSE TRANSFER.
NO REFUNDS IS PROVIDED IF A BOOKED DATE HAS TO BE RESCHEDULED FOR ANY REASON OUTSIDE OF SW HAIR TRAINING ACADEMY CONTROL.
NO MORE THAN 1 TRANSFER IS ALLOWED.
BOOKINGS
Bookings should be made on-line or via calling and speaking to a representative. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking has been processed by our admin team. Course prices listed on the website include the full cost of the course including course materials. When a deposit has been paid to secure your date your remaining balance must be cleared BEFORE your training date.
IN-SALON COURSE CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel a course then we must be notified 14 WORKING days prior to the start date . Students will receive a free course transfer if 14 working days or more notice is provided. If you do not attend a course date and give no prior notice to the academy then the course fee is still fully payable in full and no course transfer is allowed unless a special request is made. We reserve the right to alter teachers & venues without prior notice.
In the event of a course cancellation, due to resources already consumed by you a full refund of the course fee will not be made, a 50% refund will be payable and no compensation for any additional costs incurred. However, it will be advised to reschedule to another date suitable to you.

COURSE INSTRUCTIONS
Course instructions are sent out to students approx within 6 working hours of making the booking and venue details are sent 7 to 14 days before the course date. In this email you will get course information and other notifications. If you have not received any course instructions before the course date then please contact us.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A STUDENT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE CONTACT INFORMATION WHEN MAKING THE BOOKING, YOU SHOULD ALSO CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL BOX.
WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR STUDENTS NOT RECEIVING EMAILS INSTRUCTIONS AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.
IT IS THE STUDENTS DUTY TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE RECEIVED ALL COURSE INFORMATION.

DRESS CODE
The course has no dress code but it is advised to wear comfortable clothing as most of our courses are practical.
SUPPORT
After completing your course all students have a life time FREE support guarantee with us. Details are giving to you during your course day.
LIABILITY & RE-TRAINING
We do not accept any responsibility for students who fail to obtain public liability insurance. Howevver, we supply you with guaranteed Insurance companies. We do not accept any injury or accident to clients resulting from students following instructions they learn on courses. Our courses are practical and interactive courses made and designed for people to train and go into work places or start their business. Each course has a set criteria of hours before practicing on real clients. If at the end of your course you are not completely satisfied / comfortable with your training please either let your teacher or assistant know at the end of your course or within 7 days of your course and you can come back to the next month’s training course FREE of charge. If you don’t let us know within 7 days of your course, you can attend a refresher at a discounted rate. Free course refresher’s are valid from 3 months of original course date only. Thereafter, a fee of £149 is payable to if retraining within 1 year of course date.To attend a course refresher, the student must bring their full training kit to undertake the training course.
