To ensure optimal results and client satisfaction, we only begin fittings after a thorough consultation. During this appointment, we will inquire about the client's hair treatment history, assess the hair to ensure its suitability for extensions (which may involve a strand test), and provide samples of different hair types and lengths to identify the ideal match based on the client's hair, lifestyle, and needs.

We will also offer recommendations for aftercare products and brushes, show before-and-after photos of previous clients, and provide a final quotation.

 

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit of the quoted price will be required. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable. Our commitment to personalized service ensures that each client receives the attention and care they deserve, resulting in optimal outcomes and customer satisfaction.
